Business Development Manager

Ready for an incredible journey? tilr is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team, focused on generating new business and promoting the tilr brand across the tristate area. In your role, you will work closely with marketing and will have direct responsibility for responding to inbound inquiries. You will also strategically approach target companies, identify and discover your clients’ business objectives and sell unique cutting edge recruitment solutions. As a new member of the tilr team, you will spend your first few months blanketing your region with outbound activity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound/outbound phone screens to confirm skills, interest, and availability of Community Members
• Manage communications with Community Members, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process
• Exercises discretion when dealing with sensitive information regarding members and clients
• Help continuously assess and improve the member experience
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Director Of Marketing

As Director of Marketing for tilr, you will lead a team of passionate, talented marketing professionals working to make tilr a national brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a growing marketing team to develop and implement the marketing strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, advertising, sponsorships, and public relations.

Develop the marketing strategy for current mobile applications, web application as well as enterprise solutions.

Develops and executes quarterly and annual Marketing and Media Plans.

Oversees assessment and selection of media outlets (digital, print, video, and radio).

Develops and manages Marketing budget in conjunction with the CMO.

Oversees all strategic and community partnerships and sponsorships.

Job-specific responsibilities include:
Develops and executes annual Marketing and Media Plans.

Works with Sales, Product and Customer Success Teams collaborating on projects to propel user experience and brand engagement.

Oversees assessment and selection of media outlets (digital, print, video, and radio).

Develops and manages Marketing budget.

Oversees all communications to build awareness, create an image of difference, gain coverage and build brand loyalty on four levels: internal staff, distributor network, media contacts, and consumers.

Oversees all strategic and community partnerships and sponsorships.

Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Senior Accountant

As Senior Accountant for tilr, you will be responsible for tilr’s financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and various special analyses. The Senior Accountant will establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems and ensure compliance with all tax and accounting regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Accounts Payable, including managing vendor relationships, reviewing and paying bills, managing cash flow, and payables systems (Quickbooks Online and bill.com).
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable, including invoicing clients, processing and reviewing client payments, following up on past due A/R, reconciling to GL.
  • Process journal entries and complete bank reconciliations in Quickbooks Online.
  • Lead monthly financial close and produce month-end financial reports for presentation to leadership, including variance analysis and explanation.
  • Utilize Salesforce to analyze sales and revenue data, and reconcile to Quickbooks.
  • Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures; develop finance-related SOPs and manuals.
  • Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
  • Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting internal audits; provide information to external auditors as needed.
  • Support tax preparation with external CPA firm; provides information as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership on budget and financial model preparation.
  • Maintain fixed asset listing and depreciation schedule; enter annual depreciation journal entry.

May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.
