Are you an Ontario based organization looking for a skills-first approach to help your organization and people be ready for the future of work?

The Ontario government is supporting tilr through the Skills Development Fund to offer tilr's solution free of charge for one year to organizations based in Ontario that are looking for a data-driven and automated way to know and grow their workforce.

Skills Development Fund is an initiative of the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development that addresses challenges to hiring, training or retaining workers.

The Fund is supported through labour market transfer agreements between the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario.
Upskills your team: Know your people's skills and automatically create tailored programs with educational content from Coursera, making up-skilling a clear and measurable journey.
Skills-based mentorship: Easily connect people within the organization so knowledge transfer is an ongoing business activity.
Real-time skills data: Make data-driven decisions about hiring, internal mobility, succession planning, and more to ensure your organization is future proof and resilient to market changes.
